I love http://Tumblr.com, but I wanted a way to easily post a part of my screen.
So I developed Screenlr.

Screenlr is a very simple program. You download. Run. Enter your tumblr details(emails, and password). Then it goes to the system tray.
Then to take a screen shot just hold down alt+ctrl+left click, and drag to the place you want to capture.
Win+pageup takes a full screenshot, and win+pagedown takes a screenshot of only the current window.
