Project Summary

IntroductionSlashdoc is Visual Studio addin for automatically extracting XML documentation from your source code files, and moving the documentation into new, separate XML files.

This makes your source file lighter and easier to read, without sifting through lines of summaries and examples.

One problem with the separate XML file approach is updating becomes a bit of a pain. This is why the Slashdoc Editor was created - to easily maintain your documentation through a UI.

Screenshots

The project uses a custom build of the http://www.codeplex.com/ScintillaNET project, the build combines the everything into one DLL (through managed C++).
