Made a simplified system for awarding points, which lets you set rules in object configuration. Necessitated some reworking of sloodle session to make active object objects available when needed. Initially set up to give points for chatting to the web intercom, but only because it was a simple tool to work with - obvious applications for this are quiz for adding points, and vendor for taking them away. Using new tables for awards points and rounds, ignoring all the others except currency. Cleaning out the original, more complex awards stuff will happen in a later commit. Broke out the big object_configs_load_temporary.php config list into a file for each object, added code in lib/object_configs.php to look in the relevant directories and find them.
