SFTP browser was not being shown. Fixed this and also SSHTerm now uses reflection to initialize log4j so this is not a required dependency, but a nice to have

Some fixes for Sftp copyRemoteDirectory(). Shift, Application update both seem to work ok (except for a Open3sp server VFS not supporting setFileAttributes() which causes an exception). Also added pluggable file / directory synchronisation. Every tab can now register a path(s) that it wish to update with an instance of the Synchronizer interface (MyOpen3spAccountPanel implements this). Both backup and restore work. You can also select what registered paths you wish to synchronise, as well as configuring so that backup / restore is done on sign out / sign in. The synchronizer could do with a progress dialog, and the configurable paths do not take dynamic tabs into account yet.

Applications were being downloaded to a path that had all of the remote path appended to it (e.g. /home/user/.my3sp/Open3sp Applications/my3sp.tab/My Contacts/apps/im/myaccount.jar), so were being missed by the classloader. One small problem still exists .. The checksum being returned by the server is always different to that on the client. Not sure why this happening yet, it may be my server setup.

Chat frame will get de-iconified by clicking on the system tray icon. However, this de-iconifies My3sp as well which may not be desirable. Looking for a way to avoid this ..
