Added ability to set the local port to bind on an Open3sp VPN tunnel. There is now a new menu item on each tunnel, "Properties". Selecting this displays a dialog where the user can set a different local port number, or revert to the server supplied default. If the port number is changed it is store in the Open3SP profile which is examined when MyVPN plugin is first loaded. If the profile contains tunnels that are no longer being supplied by the server they are removed.

Favorites in SHiFT have been well and truly creamed! I think some big ups are in order, this took me the best part of a day. Theres also a nice go button ala (read: ripped from) Internet explorer :)

Modified translateVFSPath to take an optional NFS working directory that is used instead of the users home directory This should make a few more Open3sp file commands actually work outside of the users home directory!!!

Frame with existing conversation is not reused. This is not becasue the functionality is not needed but rather the server has errors it cannot route the message because it thinks the other channel is still open and tries to route it there. This will be fixed however for the current release it will not

Removed block user button from toolbar - there is no mechanism in place to allow this yet Status change was not working, showTab was being called multiple times which removed all the cached contact entries but not the tree nodes so the status change was silently failing Black background on invite user has been changed to white
