Extracted the list of sources to build from the config.sh file. You can create your own sources.sh file with the package versions you want to build, or you can have the build process create a sources.sh with some default versions, which you can edit as you like. The sources.sh file is not to be committed to the repository, and is listed in .gitignore so it won't be seen by git as a new file. All sources have to be in <NAME>-<VERSION>.tar.bz2 format in the build/src directory.

Separated out the build process for each software package into compile.sh. Other minor changes and cleanups as well, including managing compiling a different version of a package after another version has already been installed.
