We aim to create a opensource networked realtime strategy game like thesettlers II (10ºaniversary)
We are working with OpenGL, SDL, Enet, Lua & tinyXML (C++). Making the user interface and the base code of the net core.
It's a nice idea try to provide a game like this because has a lot of features as grid terrain with a simple collision detection, texture splatting, paths with bezier curves, etc... very interesting to implement & not so difficult.
