Merge branch handling-raised-errors-in-top-level-methods. Add system tests of raised errors in top-level methods. Extract object literal logic into Trapeze::Literals. Load source files instead of eval-ing them. Eval top-level methods instead of trying to find Method objects to invoke (the drawback is that we can't mock arguments). Increase unit test coverage of Trapeze::DescribeExtension
