Project Summary

UniComCtrl projectThis is a server and protocol to make easier the remote service control (network directed plugin). It is similar to RPC :

The service (plugin) : It connect itself to the server (like the RPC protmaper). It identifie itself. It register itself as an unique name exemple_name. It wait client requests. The client : It connect itself to the server (like the RPC protmaper). It identifie itself. It request (to the server) exemple_name service use. If it is authorized to use this service (plugin) the server accept to forward the client requests and data to the exemple_name service and vice-versa.

Project composition UnicomCtrl : The server.

libunicomcl : Client library.

libunicomdb : Database library used by the server.

libqtunicomcl : QT4 client library.

QtUniComAdmin : GUI client interface.
