Added the sensor model of a line laser. It (once again) utilizes the Trace() method and thus needs a fast system to perform well. For a description of its functionality have a look at the comments in the source code. The performance can be increased by reducing the resolution and/or field of view of the sensor (see section [USARBot.Linelaser] in the USARBot.ini).
