Project Summary

Cytoscape is a bioinformatics software platform for visualizing molecular interaction networks and integrating these interactions with gene expression profiles and other state data. But it lacks a Web Front End for easy access to everyone via web.
For this project, my idea is to implement a set of features for the WEB FRONT END for CytoScape. The feautures are,
1. Network File Retrieving and Validating its Format.
2. Drawing the Network Diagram after a Layout Algorithm.
3. Implementing the 'Import Attributes' Support.
4. Moving to Advanced Visualization.
