Moving things around a bit, should be organized much better for multiple accounts of one type handling. Still a few more things to do, and this particular commit has not been tested AT ALL by me. I'll try to be better about that in the future, but it's 4:15am, and i'm tired.

trying to get the reload on the activityManager to work, but it's still being a pain. Anyone know how to loop activityManager, so that it will watch a database properly?

a lot of reorganization of the futures logic, and the activitymanager is almost working properly. also deletes imloginstate objects when removing accounts
