Project Summary
WinHIS is a Windows Hospital Information System (HIS) for small Taiwan clinics. It's written in Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0. The purpose of this project is to provide an interface to deal with the IC card used by the Bureau of National Health Insurance (NHI). The main function includes reading and writing data from and to the IC card, and daily uploading treatment logs to the central server of NHI.
