Fixed a bug with windowing in Milandra in the New GFX engine. Fixed lost transparency when mosaic is used. This fixes the transparency in mosaic effects in Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Energy Breaker and many others. The mosaic effect in Chrono Trigger is still wrong but I don't know why.
