If RSS feed contain Cyrillic (Russian) text, like this: http://www.eserv.ru/ru/rss/spf_rss.f, it didn't displayed correctly on the Ohloh pages (get '?????' strings instead). You'd use ICONV to support more encodings.
The Jahia project (http://www.ohloh.net/projects/3649?p=Jahia) contains many enlistments. At the moment I am interested in the code analysis for only a portion of the project, Specifically the jforum

at http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4749/enlistments seems like svn urls following that pattern don't work : svn://rubyforge.org/var/svn/ I added a third enlistment for a subproject with the new URL
