Technical Issue Help : Migrating enlistment

Thanks Robin, for looking into this. I think we'll plow ahead with #1 for now. Unfortunately, the people doing the migration are different from the people who run the project, so fixing up the mess ... [More] seemed easier than re-coordinating a new migration (little did we know). Maybe we can leave the old CVS repository there, but delete all the source, thus at least returning our LOC to something approximating reality. In any case, we'll be happy to see the svn move issue fixed whenever it is. [Less]

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Include authors of tech specs / public standards

Include authors of tech specs / public standards For instance: Consider Roy Fielding (additional) and his credit for http 1.1 and the URI spec. David Nuescheler for his work around the JSR-170 & ... [More] 283. Would we not give a lot of technical credit to people like Roy, David, Tim Berners-Lee, Vince Cerf etc? For the IETF, jcp.org, ANSI and probably others, it is easy to automagically figure out the authors. How much the contributed percentage wise in case of multiple authors may be a challenge, but that could be a second order optimization. [Less]

Feedback Forum : Statistics counts commits to SVN, but not to CVS?

Hi Andrey, One of the CVS downloads failed. The report will not update until all downloads have succeeded. I've rescheduled the download, and will verify the report once it completes. Thanks, Robin

If RSS feed contain Cyrillic (Russian) text, like this: http://www.eserv.ru/ru/rss/spf_rss.f, it didn't displayed correctly on the Ohloh pages (get '?????' strings instead). You'd use ICONV to support more encodings.

Technical Issue Help : Analysis of one enlistment only

The Jahia project (http://www.ohloh.net/projects/3649?p=Jahia) contains many enlistments. At the moment I am interested in the code analysis for only a portion of the project, Specifically the jforum ... [More] branch, http://svn.jahia.org/svn/jforum_JSR168/trunk. Ultimately what I would like to be able to do is a side-by-side comparison of that code with the original JForum before it forked. http://www.ohloh.net/projects/6381 Any thoughts? [Less]

Technical Issue Help : rubyforge : Downloading source code history (Failed)

at http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4749/enlistments seems like svn urls following that pattern don't work : svn://rubyforge.org/var/svn/ I added a third enlistment for a subproject with the new URL ... [More] pattern of Rubyforge. Could you please take a look at my two first enlistments ? Maybe there are other Rubyforge based projects with the same issue. Best regards, John [Less]
