Yes, Alyssa hits it on the head -- Revision 258 shows that all of the code was deleted from /trunk and added to /open/trunk. Our Subversion importer doesn't yet handle such moves.

It would useful for me to know how many of your members actually are using a specific piece of software in a production environment. I see the ranking but frankly with such low number of people
I think you already solved the problem yourself by setting wheeler as an alias of theory. That way, if you say you are theory on Bricolage, you should be credited your old commits as wheeler, too.
