IntroductionThe 'Enhanced eZBinaryfile' eZ publish datatype makes it possible to use the information collector functionality to allow (anonymous) users to send/upload files as attachments. If mail is enabled for the information collector, the file is sent as a multipart MIME attachment. ... Several security features have been added: A list of allowable file types can be defined in the module.ini file to restrict the type of files that can be uploaded. The upload directory can be changed in an ini setting - so as not to interfere with other uploaded files. A maximum number of allowed files can be defined so that a file in is deleted before the new one is uploaded. The path to the newly uploaded file can be displayed to end users based on group membership. [Less]

A modified debug.php file is also supplied to display ezpublish debug output. Several switches exist in module.ini.append.php to determine where the output is displayed. It can be displayed just to the firebug console, also to a file and also to the browser. The output can also be set to display at different levels - INFO, WARN, ERROR, LOG. It also respects the DebugByIP if that is set. The syntax for the template operator is: {$node|ezfire("THIS IS THE LABEL","DEBUG",2)}The syntax for the php class is: eZFire::debug($variable,"THIS IS THE LABEL","INFO",2); [Less]

objectrelationbrowse

  Analyzed about 1 year ago

IntroductionThe main purpose of the objectrelationbrowse datatype is to make it possible to create object relations using a variety of list types (AJAX, listbox, list of checkboxes, dropdown, etc.). This release supports an AJAX interface embedded in the edit form. ... [More] OwnerStatusVersionApplicationCompatible withExtension typeprofessional support available Sebastiaan van der Vlietstable3.0eZ publish4.xdatatypeyes SupportIf you're experiencing problems installing, configuring, or using this extension and require professional support, please visit: http://www.contactivity.com/productsupport DescriptionTo receive the binary files by email, a change to the kernel will have to be made (to kernel/content/collectinformation.php). Several security features have been added: One of the most powerful features of eZ publish is the option to create relationships between many kinds of objects. However, the standard 'browse' method used to relate objects proved to be too cumbersome when working with a large number of objects (>100.000) and many relations (>10) per object. We needed a datatype that would: - display all available objects for relation in a single list; - provide functionality to dynamically filter objects from the list on basis of the name of the object and wildcards; - allow the selection of multiple objects from a list in a single "browse & select" action; and - store the object relation between objects, so that it would become possible to look up reverse relationships. We have created the objectrelationbrowse datatype to: - display all available objects in a single, dynamically filterable list; - handle a one to one or one to many relationships; and - store the object relation between objects so a reverse object relation becomes available; and - instead of the standard browse or the dynamic list, it is also possible to display lists as list boxes, dropdowns or checkboxes.
