This project aims to create a software that will help characters management of the D&D 3.5 role playing game. Ideally, it'll provide the user with the ability to create a character of a given class and guide him through the creation process including the spells selections, equipement ... [More] selections and so on with support of new level and gold (etc, etc...). It should make easy content sharing between people (people sharing different contents like equipements, characters, spells using files or something else) so that community contents can be created. The software will be multiplateform written using C++ and the Qt framework with a mysql-embedded database. Status: Nothing works & nearly nothing is coded, the project is at an early stage of development. [Less]

This is a dice app (basically a fancy random number generator) for use in dice-based RPGs. Currently, I support your typical DnD type setting and another setting called Anima (open rolls). REQUIRES: .NET Framework 3.5 Current features include: Straight math (Ex: 2+2) Dice rolling (Ex: 2d6 ... [More] generates a value between 2 and 12) Modifiers/basic math (Ex: 2d6+13/2) Multiple dice sets (Ex: 2d6+2d8+13/2) Mathematical Order of Precedence (Ex: "100/(2d6+2)") Anima: Open Rolls (Rolls that you can add together on a value of 90 or above) Reroll certain values or lower (Ex: Brutal weapons in DnD4 never roll 1s, and some never roll 2s) Rerolling last roll (For those DMs that have multiple minions with all the same formula) Stored formulas (You can store a formula to run later) Variables (stored formulas can be given a label to be run within other formulas) ...and more! (Features that I've forgotten to add to this list as I put them over the development of the app) Known Issues: Somewhere along in the recoding of things, we lost the use of the reroll checkbox...a new implementation of it is on the list! Dungeon & Dragons Character SheetThis is the project site for my Dungeon & Dragons character sheet. MotivationI'm playing D&D for 5 years. First i used the normal Dungeon & Dragons paper character sheet. After that i created an excel sheet to organize my characters. Soon i ... [More] experienced the limitation of such an excel sheet. So i decided to develop my own Dungeon and Dragons 3.5 character sheet. My group and i decided not to switch to the new 4.0 rules. So therefore this project is only based on the 3.5 rule books. TechnicalIf you want to know about the technical realization see the other wiki-pages. There you will find my project documentation. Co-operationIf you want to join this project, please feel free and contact me. [Less]

SummaryWayfinder d20 will be a system for macro based d20 (or perhaps any table top based) gaming via google wave. Right now we have a very basic macro system set up. My development setup is at http://ether-stream.appspot.com .

PyDungeons is an attempt to create a purely Pythonic version of the Nethack project. I'm gonna be honest here: I'm not sure where this project is heading, and right now I just need to put it in the cloud for safekeeping. I'm still building up the basic framework... In fact, if you open up the ... [More] code you'll see a the beginnings of a basic map module. Pretty soon you'll see a random map generator, and so one, and so forth. Eventually I'll open this up to other developers, but right now I'm just trying to create the basic classes to get a feel for the project. [Less]

This is the Django solution that forms the codebase of popular dragon-drawing website, lolidrewthisdragon.com. Even though it is called Open Dragons, it can actually be used for images of anything. The only work that needs to be done to make your own site with Open Dragons is to design the ... [More] front-end. We have designed Open Dragons to be lightweight and streamlined. There are no user registrations, no forums, no chatroom, just plain, uncompromised image uploading, commenting and voting. [Less]
