Dolphin is a Gamecube and Wii emulator with built in tools for managing gamecube, wii, and wiiware games and saves. There is also support for action replay and gecko cheat code systems, and a full debugger.
This project is for homebrew console development tools based on the gnu compiler collection with additional tools and libraries to aid programming each supported console. The windows variants are be MinGW based.

USB Gecko hardware i.e PCB files, VHDL source codes are licensed under the BSD license. Gecko OS is licensed under GPL due to various GPL code used in the project.

We only accept legal code, i.e homebrew code written using the libogc and devkitpro tool-chain. No official licensed code is allowed. Any source code that can bypass copy protections is also not allowed into the sources.

Game Cube Save Fixer patches dumped Game Cube save files to have the correct serial code by adding it to the first four bytes of the save file. If the save file doesn't have the correct serial code, the game will not see the save as valid. It's developed in C# .NET 2.0.
