Vim is an advanced text editor that seeks to provide the power of the de-facto Unix editor 'Vi', with a more complete feature set. It's useful whether you're already using vi or using a different editor.
Vrapper is an Eclipse plugin which acts as a wrapper for Eclipse text editors to provide a Vim-like input scheme for moving around and editing text.

dwb is a lightweight web browser based on the webkit web browser engine and the gtk toolkit.
dwb is highly customizable and can be easily configured through a web interface. It intends to be mostly keyboard driven, inspired by firefox's vimperator plugin.
Yzis is a vi/vim engine that is easy to integrate in any graphical application. The goal is to make it easy for people developing an application that requires an editor to integrate yzis. Currently, there is a Qt, ncurses and KDE kpart yzis frontend.
Vixen is a vi-like editor for Inferno. It should be immediately usable if you know vi (vixen also implements some functionality found in vim). Useful if you don't want to learn acme (yet), or
simply prefer vi. Vixen does try to blend in with Inferno, e.g. by providing support for plumbing.

wasavi is an extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. wasavi changes a textarea element to virtual vi editor which supports almost all the vi/ex commands.

VILE - Vi Like Emacs - is a text editor. Vile retains the "finger-feel", if you will, of vi, while adding the multiple buffer and multiple window features of Emacs and other editors.
