Missing license: LPPL
Consider adding to Ohloh' license list the Latex Project Public License (LPPL):

I've added the license to our master list, so the license can now be associated by hand to individual projects.
Adding the license to our source code parser should not be difficult, and I'll put this on the TODO list. It will require re-parsing all of the source code in our database before it takes effect, so it may take a while before you see the results online.
