My projects are at that stage as well, but don't worry. There are a lot of projects here on Ohloh that need to be updated, so not every repository will be processed daily. Give it a week. If it's still stuck at step 2, then contact the Ohloh developers.

It's not normal to be in the queue so long. We're suffering some system-wide backups, and we're currently investigating.
