svn enlistment not working

I've added our svn repository at google code some 2 months ago, but it's still not showing up in the graphs. It says that it's normally happening within 24 hours, so I guess something is wrong?

Hi troelskn,

We are having trouble updating the SourceForge repository.

Our system won't recompute the analysis until all repositories have been updated. Even though the code from Google is updating correctly, the numbers won't be updated until the SourceForge repository updates as well.

Does the SourceForge repository still exist? I'm seeing a Not a valid URL error from Subversion. If not, it should be deleted from Ohloh.

Thanks,
Robin

Aha .. that makes sense. No I deleted the sourceforge repository when the project relocated to google code. I figured that I had to leave the old repository for the history, but presumably I shouldn't do that?

Your instinct was correct -- if you remove the enlistment from Ohloh, you'll lose all of the commit history that it represents.

However, our system will continue to scan the non-existent repository for changes, and this will cause problems.

So we don't have a solution for your scenario yet. If you delete a repository, there's currently no way to keep that history alive on Ohloh.

OK. I've deleted the sourceforge repository then. Now that I think about it, I did import all the old commits into our google-code (the current) repository, so that should preserve history. How long will it take before the repository is checked again?
