Projects "mpd" and "xcsoar" not updating again

Both updates failed due to a local error here at ohloh.
I have started a re-fetch on each and both are proceeding OK so far. Will report back here once the process finishes and will monitor both projects for one cycle of updates to be sure we're back on-track.

The re-fetch for both projects and the following jobs all completed OK for the failed enlistments.
Full updates have also run for each project that bring them up-to-date.
