Incorrect committer
The Eclipse Virgo project is showing a new committer (1 new committer joined the project [email protected] – Nov 7
), but this is not the case.
He contributed code and so he is an author of a commit, but one of the project committers had to actually commit the code and is listed as the committer in the relevant commits.
So it seems that ohloh is misinterpreting git commits and assuming that authors are necessarily committers.
Can this be improved as it is a bit misleading on projects such as those at Eclipse.org which have a strict policy of managing committers?
