I added the repositories this afternoon and they are blocked at the first step.
Perhaps need a force update ?

There is no particular problem with these repositories. We just have an extremely long queue of new projects. A lot of very large new projects have been added this week.
If the wait continues, we may kill some of the large jobs temporarily to allow a lot of the smaller jobs to go through. I'll try to see that these projects get done today.
