Project got taken over by spammer?

It looks like somebody edited the project description with a spam link (see below) and changed the title to Redirect Script
. The URL was changed to a weird name, imba-user101. Other fields seem to be unchanged. Please check whether this has happened with other projects.

The project's linked home page is dead (parked domain); not sure if that's related. I updated it to its current location (linked from the Sourceforge project).
Edit: I undid the spam edits.
