Project summary claims negative 70k LOC

The affected project is here:
https://www.ohloh.net/p/helium-project

I did come across some other forum threads which seem to indicate that this problem has come up before, but has required action on your part to correct. If that's not the case, please let me know what steps need to be taken to fix the stats. As far as I can tell, all the enlistments are correct and have updated recently.

Thanks,
Zach

Zach,

I'm not seeing any negative LOC count but I do see a strange message: Unfortunately, Ohloh did not find any recognized languages in the repository(s) listed. There's clearly code identified and I see C++, Modula-2 and Lua. Only no graphs and that's odd.

Any major change in any of the repositories lately? Maybe a refactor or re-write or a big merge from a branch? If so, which enlistment? Don't want to re-fetch all the repositories unless absolutely necessary.

Let me know...

Thanks!

Zach,

Take two... OK. Now I see the negative lines of code issue right on the main page. Can't see the forest for the trees at 4:50 AM Local time! Same questions, though. The code seems to take a precipitous drop from September to October, 2012. Any of the earlier mentioned changes happen in that time frame?

Thanks!

I have only recently started contributing to the project, but it looks like late October is when several of the third-party library dependencies were first moved out into submodules. (Since then, some of the project's own code has also been split into submodules.)

When I first came to the project's Ohloh page a few days ago and noticed the negative LOC problem, that's when I tried updating the listed repositories to include some of those newly created submodules (but not the submodules containing third-party code, as that seemed inappropriate). Prior to that, the only enlisted repository would have been: git://github.com/HeliumProject/Helium.git

Bump?

I apologize, Zach. I never entered this message into the bug-tracker system like I should have and lost track of it. Thanks for the bump. Am starting by re-fetching the main enlistment and will work my way down as appropriate.

Standby...

Zach,

Try looking at it now... Re-fetched the main repository and noticed a substantial change in the summary. Let me know if it looks sensible or if there's more we have to do.

Thanks!
