That will happen... we don't recognize the two as the same repo because of the two different transports. I'll fix the git and remove the other (which doesn't have the ignore order in place.)

Re-fetch finished OK (17030 total commits). Analysis is now at March 02, 2013 on code collected on March 02, 2013 and last commit is at March 01, 2013 - about 21 hours ago.
This reflects only the original git: enlistment with the ignore order in-place. Deleted the dupe enlistment and the lines-of-code counts dropped to about half in some categories.
Please update me here if the project hangs up again.
