The project persistently fails in the evaluation step at 180/754 commits with a duplicate value where there should be only unique values. Not sure how to get past that issue but will escalate it to management.

The problem is a unique key violation in our database due while importing. I'm going to try re-fetching the code in order to build a new commit history.
Still getting the error. We have to dig a bit deeper
