Ouroborus is an artificial life framework for mobile agents on a background of cellular automata. It can be used to teach and research topics such as population genetics, ecology and evolution. The demo includes a curses view and live Csound audio.
Code behind the keywords4bytecodes.org project.
Machine learning on 330k de-compiled Java methods from the Debian archive plus their corresponding Java Doc textual comments. Input are bytecodes, output are English keywords.
Learn Finite State Automata that generalize over a set of training instances.
This is an (incomplete) implementation of GAL, the Genetic Automaton Learner as
defined in Chapter 5 of Belz (2000).
The point of this code is to learn a FSA that *generalizes* from a set of positive
examples. (If
... [More] you just want to cover exactly the input, you can use any existing
package for doing FSA minimization.)
The input file is in text format, one sequence per line, the alphabet will be induced
by tokens separated by white-spaces. [Less]
SMS Recorded Phone Calls Community Knowledge Base.
In rural areas cell phones are the only access to technology available. This project targets allowing communities to share knowledge through the use of SMS and recorded voice messages. Moreover, it also allows for governmental organizations and
... [More] NGOs to contribute and track problems in the field. [Less]
Creates human readable names for hashes.
It produces verbalizations in the form 'color' 'animal' # 'left-over
number' from 'location'.
It takes a hash in base 16 as argument. With the current lists, it can
represent up to 8 positions. 10 positions works fine with a few digits
number. If the
... [More] hash is small, it will produce an animal, then
color+animal and finally color+animal from location before the full form. [Less]
Keeping up with multiple, high traffic, mailing lists can be a fool's errand. Machine learning and automatic text classification have for many years promised a better solution to this problem. This project seeks to put that promise to the test.
