VirtualPol is a pioneer project.

The objective is to create the first community of Internet self-managed and self-developed. Ie VirtualPol no admins.
The community is governed by a complex democratic system. There are two types of periodic, independent and nobody can stop. Presidential and Legislative Elections. These happen every 4 weeks. And these users (called citizens) elect their government.
The Government is responsible for leading the community.
VirtualPol is free software. It is created by contributions from developers user group. In addition, for special reasons, it is desirable that the code is free. So people can understand the system and trust him.
The project is in Spanish. But we are open to create a country in other languages, and start translating.
