Jos De Roo graduated in 1979 as Master of Science (ir.) and did a doctoral study on image computing from 1979 till 1982. He was co-founder of ICOS and worked there until 1985. Since then he works at Agfa. He is researcher at Agfa Healthcare and doing advanced development of components to realize semantic web oriented architectures for advanced clinical applications. He is also involved in Euler proof mechanism open source development and in W3C Semantic Web Activity Working Groups.
