Today I updated the project homepage at http://jwebcam.sourceforge.net/ to use the latest wordpress software. It was about time to update the installation, there was a really old version still running. With the move to Subversion and new motivation to work on this project I hope I can go for a new release in a few weeks. Stay tuned.

The second release of SimpleClient is available, the basic webcam client provided by JWebcam. It is still a WINDOW ONLY release, but you can try to start the Linux client on your own risk. I'd appreciate if you submit bug reports or write down your experiences in our forum. (0 comments)

I'd appreciate if you submit bug reports or write down your ... [More] experiences in our forum. There is a SimpleClient.bat that you can start and the client will show up with a lot of messages on the DOS window. You can download it on our project page. This release is a development snapshot, but you can already upload to FTP with this application. You can switch the capture device and you can set a timestamp on the image. If you like to check the client, please provide some feedback here on the blog, on our forums or on the bug tracker. [Less]
