Teolenn is a universal probe design workflow developed with a flexible and customisable module organisation. Teolenn is intended for being used either by biologists, thanks to an easy-to-use parameter file that gathers all design properties, or by computer scientists, since its Java-based customisable workflow allows to implement any new method and to deal with any design parameters or array format. In addition, Teolenn is able to supply quality scores for each of the designed probes allowing for a posteriori comparisons between quality scores and signal intensities.
