SWARM failed to download from CVS
I just added the SWARM project which is hosted by Savannah. When enlisting it, it fails on stage 1 yet I can check it out fine locally. Any idea what is going wrong?

It looks like there is some kind of problem trying to retrieve the CVS log for this project:
$ cvsnt -d :pserver:anonymous:@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/swarm rlog -b -r1: 'swarm' > ~/log
...
cvs rlog: Logging swarm/macosx/swarm.xcode
cvs [rlog aborted]: unrecognized operation '\xa' in /sources/swarm/swarm/macosx/swarm.xcode/Attic/project.pbxproj,v
Any ideas what might be causing this error? Any errors in the log will make it impossible for us to download the history.
