Use of APIs by 3rd parties
Hello.
I'd like to start collecting the stats about open-source participation of my company's engineers. The data would help us to better understand what skills and expertise are available. Openhub already has a number of APIs that allows me to do it at some extent.
The question is if there are any limits or thresholds on the number of scans one can perform before getting banned or throttled? Is there any agreement I need to be entering into before I can do such scans? Again, the intent isn't to sell the info or extract any commercial value out of it. But merely a research of the skills of people who are already working for my company.
