I just removed the smaller repo (for the Tiki Manager tool) in case this helps unblock the larger repo at https://www.openhub.net/p/tikiwiki/enlistments

We need those stats fixed.

For Tiki, I just replaced the SVN repo from SourceForge by the GitLab repo (which is a mirror)
