I provided [email protected] as email address for 'daniperez' account in Ohloh (whereas it should have been users.sourceforge.net domain). Due to that, that account could be never activated and the activation email is probably bouncing back to you.
Can you resend the activation email to the same username in users.sourceforge.net?

Sorry if this re-opens a year-old post. I have the same issue. I signed up with account name garbear, email [email protected] (or maybe [email protected]). Either way, the email should be [email protected]. If you can change it so I can resend the auth to the correct email, that'd be much appreciated!
