failed to import code into database - pentamedia portal

it failed 2 days ago .. maybe the problem is you do not have ipv6? dunno some more detailed error messages would be great (feature request :P)

It's failing with a unique constraint violation on our side with one of our SQL tables.
We have not seen this particular error before so we're going to need to investigate it more. We are migrating our servers this weekend. After that's complete we have some bug fixes we need to roll out and then we will take a closer look at this specific bug.
