Is OSS cathegorized in ohloh?

Sorry if my question is silly, but as a newcomer, I was wandering if i can browse all OS text editor projects in the community.
In other words: is it possible to asscoiate a project an attribute that identify the cathegory it belongs to? Somethong like the License information I mean
Thank You
Massimo

Thank You Andy
So .... tagging a project means associate a keyword i can use in future queries to search for projects.
But cann everyone create a tag to any project? Apparently I can. Isn't this a bit dangerous?
Or better I understad that everyone may have a personal way of identify things (so the tags I should attach to a project can be different to yours) but could't be useful to allow the project owner to identify a set of ufficial tags?
Is this the meaning of Recommanded Tags?
More where can i find further detail on ohloh usage? For istance this fact of tags, or also what kind of tool/methodology you use for metric extraction (when you measure LOC, you mean LOC i suppose, not stetments) ... Such things!
Thank You Again
Massimo
