Tag clouds
It's a pity that tag clouds are only available at project level. It's a really nice feature and I think you should bring it forward in your interface. Why not add a top level tag cloud and link to it from the Projects submenu? I don't think this should replace the searchable tag table, but a tag cloud would be a nice way to browse through Ohloh's database.
